What happens if my pool needs additional treatment?
Some pools occasionally require specialty chemicals or additional cleaning depending on water conditions. If this happens we will always notify you before any additional service is performed.
Do you offer one time pool cleanings?
We focus primarily on weekly service plans. However certain additional services like filter cleaning vacuuming and phosphate treatment can be scheduled when needed.
Do you service my area?
Sunfish Swim provides pool service in East Sacramento Carmichael Arden Arcade and Land Park. If you are located nearby feel free to contact us and we can confirm availability.
Do you provide chemicals?
Yes. Our Premium and Sunfish plans include basic chemicals such as chlorine sodium bicarbonate and muriatic acid. The Essential plan bills chemicals separately.
What is included with weekly pool service?
Each visit includes water chemistry testing and balancing skimming debris brushing walls and steps emptying baskets and inspecting pool equipment. We also send a service report after each visit so you know exactly what was done.
How often do you service pools?
We provide weekly pool service to keep your water clean balanced and ready to enjoy. Weekly service allows us to maintain proper chemical levels remove debris and ensure equipment is operating correctly.
