Rancho Cordova splits cleanly at Sunrise. West of it, the older core has pools from the 1960s and 1970s on mature lots where the equipment pad needs watching. East of it, Anatolia, Sunridge Park and Kavala Ranch are newer subdivisions where most pools were built in the last twenty years, often with automation, variable speed pumps and salt systems already installed.
Those two groups need different service. A newer salt pool needs the cell inspected and cleaned on schedule and the automation actually checked rather than assumed right, because an unchecked cell is the most frequent reason a Rancho Cordova pool starts losing chlorine. An older pool in the west end needs the equipment watched so a failing pump gets planned for rather than discovered in July.

What happens if my pool needs additional treatment?
Some pools occasionally require specialty chemicals or additional cleaning depending on water conditions. If this happens we will always notify you before any additional service is performed.
Do you offer one time pool cleanings?
We focus primarily on weekly service plans. However certain additional services like filter cleaning vacuuming and phosphate treatment can be scheduled when needed.

Do you provide chemicals?
Yes, depending on your plan. Premium includes chlorine, sodium bicarbonate and muriatic acid. Sunfish includes those plus an annual phosphate and conditioner treatment and salt cell cleaning. Essential includes no chemicals, so all chemicals are billed in addition. Salt is always billed in addition on every plan, and anything not listed in your plan is billed in addition. If your pool needs something beyond your plan, we tell you before we do it.
What is included with weekly pool service?
Each visit includes water chemistry testing and balancing skimming debris brushing walls and steps emptying baskets and inspecting pool equipment. We also send a service report after each visit so you know exactly what was done.

We provide weekly pool service to keep your water clean balanced and ready to enjoy. Weekly service allows us to maintain proper chemical levels remove debris and ensure equipment is operating correctly.
